JVOV Ministry strive to provide quality materials to our customers. We understand that a purchase can be made that does not meet your expectations. Items can be returned within 30-days to receive a refund.
To Receive a Full Refund
- Items should be in its original condition.
- Books cannot have pages that have marks, that are torn or have missing pages.
- Items that are breakable should be properly wrapped and secured to avoid being damaged while shipping.
- Item needs to be returned within 30-days from the purchase date.
- Items must be returned to the seller with a copy of the receipt to properly credit your credit or debit card.
Refunds Can Be Denied or Partially Refunded
A refund can be denied or a partial refund can be granted up to 50% of the retail price:
- If an item is badly damaged because it was used, and it cannot be restored.
- If a book is missing pages, have marks, or the pages are torn.
- If an item was damaged during shipping because the item was not properly wrapped and secured.
- If an item was returned after the 30-day deadline.
- If a copy of the receipt is missing that prevents us from properly crediting your credit or debit card.
Third-Party Vendors
If an item was purchased on Amazon, Google Books, Apple Books, Barns & Noble, or any other vendor, the item must be returned to the vendor. JVOV Ministry will not provide a refund for items purchased from third-party vendors.
Processing Refunds
JVOV Ministry uses third-party service providers to fulfill, process, and ship items. When an item has been returned, please allow us up to 30 days to examine the product and process the refund. If you have not received a refund after 30 days, and you feel that you are eligible for a refund, you may contact JVOV Ministry, and we will research the delay to expediate the request.
